1-Day Deep Relaxation Meditation Retreat

¥8500Wind down for the start of the New Year with a day of guided meditation and relaxation. From morning through the afternoon, we will spend a full day traversing through several guided meditation techniques to let go of any tension from the previous year and enter 2025 with a fresh mind and heart. From basic relaxation and breathing exercises to begin the day, we will gradually move into deeper meditations as the day moves on.
Sitting meditations will alternate with moving meditations like light stretching and Tai Chi. There will also be ample time for reflection and questions.
Come out feeling refreshed and renewed with a deeper understanding of yourself.

Retreat leader: “Jishin” has taught meditation for more than 20 years, practicing at temples in Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan. He is ordained in the Japanese Shingon tradition and also holds a PhD with a focus on Buddhist Studies. Jishin has published and spoken around the world on the application of meditation to care in modern times.
