1-day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat

¥8500This one day retreat will mix educational presentations about the traditional meanings of mindfulness in Buddhist traditions with guided meditations, so you can put those teachings into practice.
By learning the different tools of mindfulness throughout the day, you will be better able to find those practices that particularly suit you and your own mind, also learning what different types of mindfulness might better fit your different states of mind.
Mixing in reflection sessions to deepen the group learning process, you can come out of the day with deeper knowledge and wisdom on top of feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to go back into the world with renewed energy.

Retreat leader: Nathan Jishin Michon (“Jishin”) is ordained in the Shingon Buddhist tradition, but previously also trained at temples in Thailand, Taiwan, and Korea. Jishin has taught meditation for more than 20 years and also eared his PhD, researching meditation applied to healthy care and compassion.
